I’m sending this email as a reminder that we will stick to the strategy that we followed in earlier years to keep the US time slot for the calls. This means that the calls will be running on Tuesdays at 7am PDT / 1400 UTC which is currently 3pm CET but that will change at the end of this month. For the latest information please check the OSF Edge Computing Group’s wiki page: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Edge_Computing_Group Please let me know if you have any questions. We are still in the planning stages of what the virtual events will look like. The Planning Committee's focus will be on time-sensitive topics. However, in order to be prepared for other events looking to become virtualized, the planning committee should take into consideration how including the Unconference topics would affect the timing of the event. We may also apply lessons learned to any future virtual events that may need to be organized. Because the situation is rapidly changing, I propose that we wait to reassess the scope sometime early in the week of the 23rd.
