[Openinfralabs] Gitlab group available

Hey folks,

We've established a presence on Gitlab at
https://gitlab.com/open-infrastructure-labs. There's nothing there at
the moment, although we hope to have some folks from Red Hat
contributing something Real Soon Now.

There is a copy of the openinfralabs.org website repository there, but
at the moment this isn't the official source of the site. We're
working on getting things moved around.
