Zuul's Web site is still (but recently) in the process of switching
from raw HTML to building from Markdown via Gatsby:

That's an initial step on the path to Netlify integration, which
will rely on a Gerrit back-end driver for Netlify to propose changes
in Gerrit for any edits made through Netlify's CMS interface.
