[Rust-VMM] 2019-07-10 meeting: Probe for Agenda

Hey everyone,

I have 2 topics for the meeting. The more pressing one is the design of vm-device as the PR[1] has been standing there for quite some time now.

Can we reschedule this meeting for tomorrow at the same hour? I can also join today's meeting but I'll assume it's to late for this announcement for people in the US.
