[Floss-mooc] wrong link in page - no submission to the mailing list possible

Hello, Just to alert you that the link of submission of the main page in https://opensourcemasterclass.org is submitting the e-mail address to the link https://lists.opendev.org/cgi-bin/mailman/subscribe/floss-mooc where the user is greeted with the message "Page not found" and is given no clue on where to proceed to subscribe to the mailing list. It should, at least, send the user to this page: https://lists.opendev.org/mailman3/lists/floss-mooc.lists.opendev.org/ .
