You can turn that off during the meeting; you don't need to manually
accept everyone. Which means you can script the API to *automatically*
turn it off.

(I haven't done any of the waiting room stuff in the Pidgin Linux
client yet though. Patches welcome).

Having the mute button on the headset working in concert with the
actual protocol mute is very desirable. If you're muted in the meeting
and then you press the button on your headset, that should *unmute*
you, not leave you double-muted in both software and hardware.

Works nicely in Linux with Pidgin+Chime; not sure I've seen it working
correctly anywhere else.
