[Rust-VMM] Support for additional hypervisors

I noticed some discussions on supporting hypervisors other than KVM. https://github.com/rust-vmm/community/issues/50 https://github.com/cloud-hypervisor/cloud-hypervisor/pull/1225 Is anyone working on them? I noticed that in 2021 roadmap, there is no mention of adding support for other hypervisors.
