Looks like this phishing attempt was accidentally approved through moderation (I double-checked that it came via E-mail not the WebUI, and is from a non-subscriber, the gap in timestamps for the Received headers indicates a few hours spent waiting for a list moderator).
Obviously it's not official communication from anyone involved with the mailing list, please don't follow any links in it.
Auch, I think I approved it by mistake. I was trying to approve the GSoC related emails. Apologies.
