Every six months we elect a Service Coordinator. The first step in that process is opening up a nomination period for individuals to nominate themselves for the position. The last nomination period ran from August 2, 2022 to August 16, 2022. Counting forward from that time period January 31, 2023 to February 14, 2023 is approximately six months after the previous nomination period. We'll go ahead and run our next nomination period from January 31, 2023 to February 14, 2023.
If we end up with more than one nominee we can hold an election that runs for an additional two weeks ending February 28, 2023. Normally I would suggest that we only run the election for a week, but I am traveling the week of the 21st and would prefer to avoid conflicts. Historically, we haven't had more than one nominee so I don't expect this to be a problem, but if it does happen we have a plan.
