Ildiko and I have been attending regular meetings and advising on the development of a MOOC on FLOSS[1] and they were interested in starting an accompanying ML. I mentioned opendev maybe being a place for that and explained that they could be setup as admins to manage the ML, etc. 

I am all ears about what to do to get started!
