It appears there is some sort of ongoing incident with UbuntuOne SSO since at least 22:43 UTC yesterday according to our logs. The issue has been reported to the support address for that service, but in the meantime authenticated WebUI access to services relying on UbuntuOne identities (review.opendev.org, storyboard.openstack.org, wiki.openstack.org) will be unavailable if your established session expires until the issue is resolved.
For review.opendev.org specifically, if you have previously generated an "HTTP password" then interaction through authenticated REST API functions will still be possible. Similarly, if you've uploaded an SSH public key then you should be able to use the corresponding private key to perform actions through the SSH API.
