David, just to confirm our IRC discussion, you'd like us to delete
the https://pypi.org/project/libra/ project from PyPI so someone
else can take over the name? I've also Cc'd the E-mail addresses
listed as "authors" for you and Andrew in the PyPI entry for
completeness. Anyway, if you can reply, I'm happy to assist.
