Can you provide an example? The most recent change I see that merged to starlingx/docs is https://review.opendev.org/880705 and when it merged the linked task 47834 was updated accordingly. According to https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/story/2010643 event details: Openstack Gerrit updated the status of the task "Update secure boot doc for stx debian" from Review to Merged on 2023-07-12 at 12:06:43 Comparing the timestamps in Gerrit and StoryBoard, the delay between merging the change and updating the task to merged state was 5 seconds. Note that when a story has multiple tasks (like in the example above), it will be considered active as long as at least one of its tasks is still unresolved.
