Stories not closing on gerrit WF
I'm not sure if this is the correct group. Please refer me elsewhere if this is inappropriate. StX docs gerrits are no longer triggering referenced stories to close when they workflow. How can we get this working again?

Yes, this is a fine place to talk about integration between the OpenDev Collaboratory's code review server and other systems.

Can you provide an example? The most recent change I see that merged to starlingx/docs is https://review.opendev.org/880705 and when it merged the linked task 47834 was updated accordingly. According to https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/story/2010643 event details: Openstack Gerrit updated the status of the task "Update secure boot doc for stx debian" from Review to Merged on 2023-07-12 at 12:06:43 Comparing the timestamps in Gerrit and StoryBoard, the delay between merging the change and updating the task to merged state was 5 seconds. Note that when a story has multiple tasks (like in the example above), it will be considered active as long as at least one of its tasks is still unresolved. Perhaps this is what you're observing? -- Jeremy Stanley
My mistake; I should have be referring to launchpads, not stories. Here is an example: https://bugs.launchpad.net/starlingx/+bug/2023773

Thanks for bringing this up. It looks like there was a problem with a recent change to the update_bug hook script. I've proposed an emergency revert of that change here while we work on a proper fix: https://review.opendev.org/888321 -- Jeremy Stanley
