[Edge-computing] Classifying edge-site scenarios / Identifying expected features

Cannot comment on "some", but it is generally requirement for "many".
Containers do not mean that the do not need multi-tenancy, but if you
want to include "all" cases vs. only "some", then it is a requirement.
