[Floss-mooc] MOOC title/subtitle

That sounds perfect to me! Short and practical, says what it is clearly, and still takes care of being inclusive in the naming through the subtitle. +1 from me! And thanks for tackling this -- choosing a name is always one of the trickiest steps :)

I'm looping in Ali & Jill btw, who participated in the discussion on https://gitlab.com/mooc-floss/mooc-floss/-/issues/54 but isn't on the mailing list (let me know if you'd like to be added btw - it's very low traffic, 1-2 mails/month).
