[Rust-VMM] Firecracker & Crosvm common crates

Hey everyone,


I've created a gist [1] so we can start a discussion about what would be worth contributing back to Crosvm.

The document is far from being completed, but I think it is a good idea to get feedback as early as possible. That gist can also be a starting point for talking about crates that can be shared between the teams (and potentially other rust VMMs).
