[Rust-VMM] Schedule Bi-Weekly Calls

Hi everyone,

Thanks for taking the poll. 

Wednesday at 8:00am pacific is the time that works best for everyone. We’ll start the bi-weekly calls next week on February 6. 

I’ll send a meeting invite to the ML, but here’s the info for the call. Please feel free to go ahead and add topics to the agenda.
