When we will see Gerrit 3.x on opendev.org?

I am wondering when we will be able to get our gerrit upgraded to 3.x?

I am mostly interested about the new UI changes as the old one is a bit of
a nightmare to use on split screens, even after hacking its css.

How far are we from having a d-day for this?
