[Edge-computing] Weekly call will as part of the PTG next week (October 23)

It is a friendly reminder that the virtual OpenInfra Project Teams Gathering (PTG) event is happening next week!

__The OpenInfra Edge Computing Group is meeting at the event on Monday (October 23), starting at 6am PST / 1300 UTC, at the time of our usual weekly call.__
