[Floss-mooc] Upstreaming MOOC Remote Sprint - Winter 2021

Hi all,

During the last update meeting yesterday, with Marc and Kendall we discussed organizing a remote sprint, to work together towards our goal of having a draft text for the course ready by the end of the year. It could also be a fun occasion to see each other, whether you're a regular of the project, or contributing from time to time. : )

We have suggested the following dates for it:

It is split in two days to allow for better timezones coverage.
 * Location: https://digimedia1.r2.enst.fr/b/mar-vab-tqr -- we will keep the confcall in the background during the sprint, to coordinate and discuss as needed.
