[Floss-mooc] Moving the Meeting Time

Hello!

Since daylight savings has now happened for everyone, and some of my not
UTC meetings have shifted I have a conflict with the current regularly
scheduled meeting.

I propose we shift it an hour later? 18 UTC?

If that works for those interested in attending, I will ask Xavier to
update the calendar hold :)
