[Openinfralabs] Proposing a new OpenInfra Labs sub-project on accelerating production AI

Hi all,

I would like to propose a new sub-project, Wenju. This sub-project will
focus on the acceleration of production AI. It will adopt a holistic
approach to the development and operations of production AI systems,
facilitate the end-to-end integration across data integration, model
building and insight generation, streamline the lifecycle management of AI
solutions, and ultimately reduce skills requirements and time to value.
